Challenge
A subcontractor to the Veterans Affairs Division is tasked with facilitating a smooth integration of a technology provider to interconnect 140+ facilities across the U.S., while ensuring the ongoing services and workflows are uninterrupted. This setup would need to accommodate over 200 clinical and non-clinical personnel, providing a platform for both virtual and non-virtual collaboration, with a particular focus on clinical and radiology workflow management.
Solution
Filltre successfully reversed engineered the Connect Platform, enabling the seamless connection of 140 physical locations to a cloud-based workflow platform. This was achieved through the development of a unique Connect utility, which simplified the implementation process and ensured the necessary security protocols were in place.

Involving departmental users throughout the development process was key to ensuring their specific needs were met. The teams explored alternative workflow strategies, ultimately streamlining processes from order placement to the delivery of results. This transformation significantly reduced the reliance on manual processes like mailing documents and emailing reports, allowing for real-time results and a smoother customer experience.
